A little enigma

Perhaps you’re drawn to people who are difficult to categorise. There’s something about me that you can’t quite put your finger on.

True to the stereotype of a Libra, I enjoy finding a balance between contrasts. I can be serious and thoughtful one moment, silly and irreverent the next.

Friends would describe me as engaging and empathetic, with a quietly calming energy that tends to put people at ease. I’m softly spoken, with the slightest hint of an accent… go on, I’ll let you guess where it’s from.

I’m equally happy exchanging stories or sitting together in comfortable silence. I’m naturally observant and, more often than not, would rather listen than talk. I notice the little things—the things that are said, and sometimes the things that aren’t.

I’m honest to a fault and appreciate the same in return. Clear, straightforward communication matters to me, as does genuine curiosity about one another. I like conversations that wander somewhere unexpected, and people who aren’t afraid to show me a little of who they really are.

… ample substance

A person with short brown hair and pale skin wearing a blue long-sleeve garment standing outdoors in front of a dry, brown hedge, with one leg slightly raised and one hand near their neck.

Naturally feminine

My appearance is natural and understated: fair skin, blue eyes, minimal or no makeup, and neatly kept body hair. I take good care of myself without feeling the need to be overly polished.

My legs occasionally tell a different story. Years of rock climbing have a habit of leaving the odd bruise or graze, but the climbing has also kept me toned and athletic. I have a slightly androgynous edge alongside a quietly feminine side—a combination I rather like.

I studied Classics and English Literature and remain endlessly curious about people and the stories they tell. I’m an avid reader, currently enjoying autofiction in particular. Perhaps because I’ve lived a few lives of my own.

Ask me what I’m currently making, learning or planning and you’ll probably get a rather enthusiastic answer. I love a project. At any given moment, I might be renovating a house (I’m surprisingly handy with a plastering trowel), tinkering with my motorbike, or plotting what to do with my recently acquired allotment. I have vague aspirations towards self-sufficiency.

The rest of my time is spent with my dogs, cooking for friends, and generally finding new things to become curious about.

… slightly unconventional

A woman with short brown hair and pale skin posed outdoors in a field of grass and plants. She is wearing black sheer lingerie, black gloves, and black boots, with her arms raised behind her head. The background features a cloudy sky and blurred trees.

Come curious.

I love getting to know people properly. I’m open-minded, curious and warmly welcoming of anyone who values openness, authenticity and freedom from convention. Whoever you are, you can expect to be met without judgement.

Stay awhile.

And hopefully, keep coming back for more.

While I enjoy the intrigue of a new acquaintance, I’m particularly drawn to connections that become something more enduring. There’s a special pleasure in familiarity—the ease that develops when two people begin to understand one another, when conversation becomes effortless and trust has had time to grow.

For me, that’s where a truly authentic girlfriend experience begins: relaxed, affectionate, sensual and natural.

No performance. No pretence. Just two people enjoying each other’s company and seeing where the chemistry takes them.
